We are now providers for Anthem/Blue Cross & Blue Shield

Payment For Services

If we are not a participating provider for a patient’s network, we will verify out of network benefits.

Patients frequently request treatment in spite of the fact that we are not a participating provider of their insurance program. If the patient chooses not to utilize an insurance plan, we charge the following;

• $100.00 for an hour
• $75.00 for 45 minutes
• $50.00 for 30 minutes

Fees are collected at time of treatment.

We gladly accept cash, checks or Visa & Mastercard.
