Paul O’Brian, PT, CSCS

Paul is a 1982 graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, with over 29 years of clinical experience.  Married for 26 years with three children, he and his wife, Caryn founded the practice in 1989. The Colorado Department of Labor & Employment and Division of Workers’ Compensation, the American Physical Therapy Association/Colorado Chapter, Rugby Colorado (formerly Colorado Youth Rugby) and the New York Society of Licensed physiotherapists have presented Paul awards for his interest and voluntary efforts in professional activities.
Paul performs employee screenings, and teaches staff in lifting, body mechanics and therapeutic positioning at Wheat Ridge Regional Center. Mr. O’Brian treats orthopedic, spinal, neurological and geriatric conditions, sports injuries and Workers’ Compensation clientele, and provides sport-specific performance enhancement training and aquatic exercise training at Accelerate Physical Therapy. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, has coached developmental soccer, and is a retired line coach and the former Head JV Football Coach at Holy Family High School. Paul now coaches and administers Tiger Rugby Football Club in Broomfield, sponsored by Accelerate Physical Therapy, PC.

Ross Hutchinson, PT, CSCS, Clinic Director

ross@acceleratept.com Ross Hutchinson has been an employee of Accelerate Physical Therapy since 1991 after graduation with a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Medicine from Colorado State University. He has been a practicing therapist at our facility since 1995. He is a Graduate in 1995 of State University of New York at Buffalo Physical Therapy Program. He has gained clinical experience at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota before returning to our facility as a licensed therapist.

Ross has focused on rehabilitation programs utilizing tissue-training techniques to target injured tissue need with an extensive background in shoulder and knee programs. He has continued to improve patient transitional programs with sport and activity specific exercise using both land and aquatic programs. Ross also provides service as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Ross has worked to become a valuable member of the rehabilitation community and otherwise with time involved in the National Sports Center for the Disabled, volunteer find raising for The Children’s Hospital, as well as involvement in Arvada Youth Soccer as an important part of his life.

Caryn O’Brian, Billing Manager

A 1980 graduate of Arvada West, Caryn worked several years as a CAD Operator for Amoco Production Company and then brought her computer skills and experience to help the family business in 1993. This change enabled her to work in her home and contribute to the company’s growth as well as provide guidance and direction needed by her family. She has processed billing claims and collections for Accelerate Physical Therapy for 18 years.

Anne Chiles, Medical Records & Office Manager

Anne is a native of Colorado, who started with the Accelerate Physical Therapy support staff in February 2000.

Anne’s customer service experience and her ability to provide customer satisfaction enables her to assist our patients with the constant changes and revisions of medical records and insurance processes.  She enjoys the interaction with our patients and the challenge of learning new and changing Insurance procedures.
